1.- COMPLETE INFORMATION
Each person interested is given a complete report containing the project's technical data, a description of building material quality, prices, financial cost, monthly mortgage payments, etc., so the buyer, in just a few days, can opt for the best home.

2.- CONTRACTUAL FORMALITY
Our agreements are all formalized contractually. The contract includes the financial terms, fixed price, delivery dates, technical project, local permits, and all other aspects of importance to the parties involved.

3.- FINANCIAL TERMS
In order to purchase a home in L'Eixample de Mar, in accordance with the contract the buyer will make payments on the apartment generally amounting to 15 or 20% of its final price. The rest may be replaced by a mortgage upon delivery of the keys.

4.- SERVICE AND TRANSPARENCY

Once the buyer moves into the apartment, Garraf Mediterrània has its own customer service ready to resolve any incident.

6.- GUARANTEES FOR PAYMENTS MADE ON ACCOUNT
All payments made by buyers will have their corresponding bank guarantee.
